The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change - Stephen R. Covey This book is about both personal and professional development. It is not a self-help book in the lines of "The Alchemist" or "The Secret", thank goodness for that. As such, this book is pretty much stating the obvious, once you sit down and think about the principles and theories it explains in an accessible way. The religious reference don't bring me much value though, and I have to admit that it made me loose some interest/credibility in it/the author. But it's a pretty good read if you're interested in personal and professional development with a lot of genuine good points that can be taken to heart.
As a side note: this book is pretty much considered to be the "Bible" of the management team of my work, perhaps some of them should pick it up and read it once more.
